General : The latest edition of the well-known Sonus Faber Guarneri, the Guarneri Tradition.

Technical : The new Sonus Faber Guarneri Tradition is a beautifully built compact speaker with matching carbon stand. The enclosure of the Guarneri Tradition is very solid and heavy and is designed to have minimal issues with internal resonances. The top and bottom are made from a billet aluminum plate, with Wenge wood inlaid. The aluminum is brushed. The rear is a solid aluminum part cast as one piece, with an integrated port for the Stealth Ultraflex™ bass port, the Stealth Ultraflex™ is an elongated oval bass reflex port, designed to expel the pressure from the enclosure in a way that produces virtually no turbulence. The units themselves are also very special. The woofer is a compound cone, with a very powerful voice coil and a neodymium magnet. The tweeter also has a neodymium magnet, and a wood-routed back-loading enclosure, which makes the natural resonance extremely low. The stand is made of 2 heavy metal plates, which are clamped to the super-rigid carbon foot. The whole thing sits on anti-resonance spikes. The visual result and the sonic performance are stunning.
