General : The Ansuz Acoustics Speakz D-TC3 is the latest speaker cable from the D-TC series by Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 replaces the Speakz D-TC2. The new Speakz D-TC3 is the entry point to the absolute reference cables from the Titanium Series by Ansuz Acoustics. The Titanium Series by Ansuz is named the Titanium Series because the housing of the gold-plated connectors is made of solid titanium. The predecessor of the Speakz D-TC3, the Speakz D-TC2, had connectors in an aluminum housing. And for Ansuz Acoustics that is a problem. Audio Group Denmark (of which Ansuz is part) is constantly researching different materials. Titanium, Copper, Stainless Steel and even Zirconium are frequently used. Ansuz is working to completely avoid aluminum in its new products. Aluminum has a negative effect on the sound, it creates an artificial tone due to resonance behavior and induces hysteresis. Instead of solving the problems caused by aluminum later, Audio Group Denmark has chosen to address the problem at the source and no longer use aluminum in its products. The conductors are silver-plated and are stripped by a special machine to avoid damaging the conductor surface. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 is a very stiffly twisted cable which reduces noise in the conductors and improves mechanical stability. In the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 24 smaller 0.3mm² conductors are used alongside the solid core main conductors, which are wrapped in a double Helix pattern. These smaller conductors are called the Double Inverted Helix Coils (DIHC). Additionally, the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 also features Ansuz Anti Aerial Resonance Coils (AARC), and compared to the Speakz D3, a double amount of AARC is applied in the Speakz D-TC3. Because the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 has a large amount of AARC technology, less noise enters your signal, resulting in a cleaner, freer and more pronounced reproduction with a blacker and quieter background. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 is handmade at the Audio Group Denmark factory in Aalborg, Denmark.

Reference Techniques : The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 distinguishes itself further by having 2 enormous blocks attached to the cable. These blocks are made of specially 3D printed plastic. In these blocks there are as many as 256 Ansuz Active Square Tesla Coils for extra noise cancelling. These Active Square Tesla Coils are driven by, among others, 16 pieces of Analog Dither Circuitry which amplify the music signal by having the Active Square Tesla Coils pulse signals at a precisely determined frequency out of phase, which expands the musical range. Finally, the entire dielectric is also charged, or in other words a Charged Dielectric. For this, an Ansuz PowerBox is required to power the Active Square Tesla Coils and charge the dielectric. Sound Characteristics : The Ansuz Acoustics Speakz D-TC3 has a natural, powerful and spatial sound. The bass is deep, tight and rhythmic and the dynamics are excellent. Compared to the Speakz D3, the Speakz D-TC3 has significantly more energy and more liveliness and air, while the amount of composure increases. But the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 takes a clear step further in quality and musical terms than the Speakz D3. In the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3, the sound image is larger and deeper, more detailed, and the soundstage is better organized and more balanced. In addition, listening to the Speakz D-TC3 is simply more interesting, a more captivating listening experience. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 is clearly a step better than the already excellent Speakz D3. There is more happening in the sound image and you hear more layers in the recording. The sound is transparent as it should be but it is not unnecessary spectacle. This is reflected in the Ansuz character which virtually all Ansuz cables possess. Everything you hear is pure music.
