General: The Ansuz Acoustics Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is the newest speaker cable from the D-TC Supreme series by Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme replaces the Speakz D-TC Supreme. The new Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is the entry point to the absolute reference cables from the Titanium Series by Ansuz Acoustics. The Titanium Series of Ansuz is called the Titanium Series because the housings of the gold-plated connectors are made of solid titanium. The predecessor of the Speakz D-TC3 Supreme, the Speakz D-TC Supreme, had connectors in an aluminum housing. And for Ansuz Acoustics this posed a problem. Audio Group Denmark (of which Ansuz is part) is constantly researching different materials. For example, titanium, copper, stainless steel and even zirconium are used very often. Ansuz is working to completely avoid aluminum in its new products. Materials such as stainless steel, copper or titanium have better sonic properties compared to aluminum. The conductors of the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme are silver-plated and are stripped by a special machine so as not to damage the conductor surface. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is a very rigidly twisted cable, which ensures less noise in the conductors and improved mechanical stability. In the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme, in addition to the solid core main conductors, 48 smaller 0.3mm² conductors are also used, wound in a double helix pattern. These smaller conductors are called Double Inverted Helix Coils (DIHC) and there is therefore double the amount in the Speakz D-TC3 Supreme compared to the Speakz D-TC3. In addition, Ansuz Anti Aerial Resonance Coils (AARC) are also applied in the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme. Compared to the Speakz D-TC3, a much larger amount of AARC is applied in the Speakz D-TC3 Supreme. Because the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 features a large amount of AARC technology, more DIHC conductors and the addition of Active Cable Tesla Coils, less noise enters your signal, resulting in a cleaner, freer and more pronounced reproduction with a blacker and quieter background. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 is handmade at the Audio Group Denmark factory in Aalborg, Denmark.

Reference Technologies: The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme stands out from the models below it because of two enormous blocks hanging on the cable. These blocks are made of a specially 3D-printed plastic. Inside these blocks are no fewer than 256 Ansuz Active Square Tesla Coils for extra noise cancelling. As an extra, Active Cable Tesla Coils are also applied, which are not found in the Speakz D-TC3. These Active Square Tesla Coils are, among other things, driven by 16 Analog Dither Circuitry units, which amplify the music signal by having the Active Square Tesla Coils emit pulsing signals at a precisely determined frequency, out of phase, which widens the musical range. Finally, the entire dielectric has also been put under charge, in other words a Charged Dielectric. An Ansuz PowerBox is required for this, to power the Active Square Tesla Coils and to charge the dielectric. Without an Ansuz PowerBox model with 14V connections, there is no point in purchasing the Speakz D-TC3 Supreme.

Sound characteristics: The Ansuz Acoustics Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is a true reference cable, and the step from the Speakz D-TC3 to the D-TC3 Supreme is large. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme has more air, more energy, more space and clearly reveals more layers in the recording. The bass is deep, tight and rhythmic, and the dynamics are solidly in order. With the Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme, the soundstage is larger and deeper, more defined, and the stage is better arranged and more balanced. Listening to the Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is simply an absorbing listening experience. The sound is transparent as it should be, but it is not unnecessary spectacle; this is recognisable in the Ansuz character that virtually all Ansuz cables possess. Everything you hear is pure music. We could talk about certain details and accents, but at Ansuz Acoustics we don't need to; instead, we talk about the tremendous musical qualities that Ansuz Acoustics products bring. The Ansuz Speakz D-TC3 Supreme is absolutely no exception. The spatial image is large, airy and pleasant, and you are immediately involved with the performers and the music.
